2nd Contrastive Pragmatics Symposium
Building on the success of the last year’s inaugural Symposium, we invite colleagues in contrastive pragmatics to join the 2nd Contrastive Pragmatics Symposium, organized under the aegis of Contrastive Pragmatics: A Cross-Disciplinary Journal.
This symposium is part of the ongoing Handbook of Contrastive Pragmatics project, edited by Juliane House and Daniel Kadar, to be published by De Gruyter Brill in 2027. The event aims to provide a platform for scholars to exchange ideas, discuss recent developments, and foster future collaborations in this field.
The symposium is non-profit and free of registration fees. Participants will need to cover their own travel and accommodation costs. We look forward to another stimulating gathering and hope to see you there soon.
